Fan Engagement

To assess each club’s approach to Fan Engagement, we ask whether the club:

  • has a Supporter Representative
  • has a Supporter Liaison Officer
  • engage in Structured Dialogue with supporters (i.e. do the club have a structured means through which they engage and involve supporters within the club’s governance?)
