2015: Stirling Albion vs Hearts

Stirling Albion came from a goal down to lift the Supporters Direct Scotland Cup, beating current holders Heart of Midlothian.

Russell McLean had put the Jambos ahead in the first-half but goals from Sean Dickson and a Trialist made sure that the trophy stayed at Forthbank.

The victory means the Binos will get a chance to defend the trophy in the next SD Scotland Cup.

Ian Murray MP, on behalf of the Foundation of Hearts, said: “The past twelve months has shown how further fan involvement in football can benefit clubs and the game. The achievements of Foundation of Hearts and Heart of Midlothian on and off the pitch have demonstrated that supporters and business working together are capable of great things.

“The work of Supporters Direct Scotland in helping fans pursue supporter ownership is valuable to the game and their communities and this game gives us a chance to celebrate the movement.”

Supporters Direct Scotland would like to thank Stirling Albion for their hospitality, Heart of Midlothian for their cooperation and assistance and both match sponsor ShareIn and ball sponsor Bala Sport for their support with the fixture. Goals can be seen here:
