Adventure Kicks – Opportunity for Fans to Make Difference through Football

Adventure Kicks is a football development & tourism company based in Glasgow. We provide football opportunities for teams ranging from amateurs through to elite level players. Our FIFA Licensed Match Agent allows us to procure and lead games/tours with matches recognized by FIFA.

In 2014 we engaged with the Airdrieonians Trust to recycle football kits across Asia and Africa. Following this we met with the Trust on a number of occasions to develop an idea of taking a group across to Mongolia for a football tour combining sport and culture. In September 2015 a team headed across to Asia and embarked upon a trip that would change lives forever.

Trust Chairman, Willie Marshall said ”There was a universal feeling from the eleven guys who made the trip that it was an amazing, unforgettable and humbling experience. We met local people in their own communities, played football in the national stadium and in the Gobi desert, stayed in gers and shared meals with local families and provided four homes for disadvantaged families. None of us will ever forget the emotional and heartfelt speeches of families who received the donation of gers.

None of this could have happened without the professionalism and experience of Dave Scott from Sandbaggers and Martin Myers from Adventure Kicks. Their organisational skills and depth of knowledge of the country meant that the trip ran very smoothly indeed. They opened up opportunities and experiences that would have been otherwise inaccessible and this made the trip an overwhelming success.”

Adventure Kicks is looking to engage with other Trusts with a view to setting up similar trips, which we are doing so in association with supporters direct Scotland. Therefore, when inquiring please ensure you state if you’re doing so through Supporters Direct Scotland as they’ll receive a referral fee.

Whilst we are not limited to set formats ie, we can offer bespoke trips for groups over 11, we do have a number of trips to offer.
